The roller and bushing adopt a rolling friction structure, reducing wear by over 50% and extending the service life by 1-2 times compared to conventional chains. Its lightweight design reduces energy loss by approximately 18.7% and vibration amplitude by 23.4% during high-speed operation, making it ideal for industrial scenarios requiring long transmission center distances, moderate power transmission, and low operating speeds.
