Product Overview
A-Series Heavy-Duty Roller Chains are upgraded and optimized heavy-duty transmission components based on standard A-series roller chains. Strictly complying with ANSI B29.1 and ISO 606 international standards, they focus on high-load, continuous operation, and high-wear working conditions. By thickening the plates, strengthening the pins, and optimizing the roller structure, they achieve dual improvements in load-bearing capacity and service life, making them the core adaptive chains for industrial heavy-duty transmission scenarios.
This series of chains balances standard compatibility and heavy-load adaptability. The chain numbers correspond exactly to the standard A-series, which can directly replace conventional A-series chains without modifying sprockets and other supporting components. They are widely used in various industrial fields with high requirements for transmission reliability and load-bearing strength, adapting to complex working conditions such as frequent start-stop and long-term continuous operation.
Core Structure and Material
1. Core Structure: Composed of five key components: inner plates, outer plates, pins, bushings, and rollers. Adopting an integrated precision assembly process, the fit gap of each component is strictly controlled to reduce impact and wear during transmission. The outer plates are symmetrically thickened, and both ends of the pins are upset-reinforced, effectively improving tensile and shear resistance and avoiding component deformation or fracture under heavy loads.
2. Material Selection: The main components are made of 40Cr and 45Mn alloy steel,经过 triple precision heat treatment (quenching, tempering, and carburizing). The hardness of the plates can reach HRC42-50, and the hardness of the pins and rollers can reach HRC55-60, which has both high strength, high wear resistance and good toughness, and can resist heavy load impact and long-term wear.
3. Surface Treatment: Various surface treatment processes such as black oxide, hot-dip galvanizing, and phosphating are adopted to effectively improve the rust and corrosion resistance of the chain, adapt to industrial environments with humidity, dust, and mild corrosion, and extend the service life of the chain.
Key Features
• Heavy-Duty Load Capacity: The thickness of the chain plate is 15%-30% thicker than that of the standard A-series, and the minimum tensile strength is increased by 20%-40%. It can stably bear heavy loads and impact loads, avoid chain stretching deformation or fracture, and adapt to the transmission needs of heavy equipment.
• Standard Compatibility: The chain numbers cover full specifications such as 10A, 12A, 16A, 20A, 24A, 32A. The pitch and sprocket adaptation size are completely consistent with the standard A-series, which can directly replace conventional A-series chains without modifying supporting equipment, reducing replacement costs.
• Wear Resistance and Durability: The roller and bushing adopt a rolling friction structure, combined with precision heat treatment process, which reduces transmission wear, lowers operating noise, and the service life is more than 30% longer than that of standard A-series chains, reducing maintenance frequency.
• Wide Adaptability: Supports single-row, double-row, and multi-row designs, which can be flexibly selected according to the transmission power demand to adapt to different heavy-load scenarios; simple structure, convenient installation, low later
